A kind-hearted crocodile was on supervising duty at the zoo by day, but in the evenings he suffered terribly from loneliness. Finally, he made an announcement that he is looking for friends.
Thanks to this announcement, he was visited by a girl with a dog, and Cheburashka – a creature of an unidentifiable species, which was very charismatic and kind. And from that day, their lives became completely different.

Over the years it has gained international attention and respect, garnering numerous awards both at home and abroad. Noted for a great variety of style, it is regarded as the most influential animation studio of the former Soviet Union. The studio has produced 1530 films during its existence.
